Rocket is ready to take flight and find his forever home! This charming 4-year-old Coonhound/Boxer mix weighs around 45 pounds and is both house and crate trained. He walks nicely on a leash and loves going on "sniff-safaris," exploring every intriguing scent he encounters. Having graduated from the Pups for Parole Program, Rocket has a solid foundation of basic training. He knows commands like "sit," "lay down," and "off." This affectionate guy enjoys being around people and loves to cuddle on the couch. While he gets along with non-dominant dogs after proper introductions, he does not get along with cats. Rocket’s ideal home will have a privacy-fenced yard, as apartments aren’t the best fit for him. He thrives with plenty of mental and physical activities, whether it's zooming around a yard, playing fetch, or solving puzzle games during mealtime. Rocket is a smart, loyal, and loving boy who would do best with an experienced adopter ready to guide him and help him grow. If you're seeking a fun-loving buddy for adventures, cuddles, and unconditional love, Rocket is the one for you.
