About Smokey

Smokey is currently thriving in a foster home as she grows big and strong. She’s expected to be ready for adoption by early September. If you’re interested, you can place a $50 choice hold, which is a non-refundable fee granting you first chance to adopt her. Once she’s old enough, the actual adoption will happen at the shelter, but due to the stress of transporting her back and forth, visits won’t be possible while she’s in foster care. The goal is to keep Smokey healthy and happy until she joins her forever family. Start your journey together! Apply now.
