While she may take a moment to warm up to new people, she quickly becomes their friend. Nori is a bit sensitive about having her feet handled, so it's important to respect her boundaries. She’s not suited for homes with children under 8 but seems to gain confidence alongside another dog. In fact, Nori has a buddy named Haru, a 25 lb mixed breed, if you’re considering adopting two dogs. You can meet Nori at the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center, where applications are accepted in person. Call ahead to ensure she’s still available.
