Bruiser
AvailableBruiser is a small, female chihuahua with a short coat, living in Lexington, KY. Although not yet house trained, she is altered and up-to-date on vaccinations. This adult pup, with a beautiful apricot and beige coloring, is eager to find a loving home where she can truly flourish.
About Bruiser
Bruiser is a charming chihuahua, around 6 years old and weighing just 6 pounds. She came from a hoarding situation, where nearly 250 dogs were rescued, so her early life offered little socialization with people. This has made her a bit timid, but she is gradually learning to trust and is becoming more affectionate in her foster home. Expect her to curl up on your lap as she feels more secure. She gets along well with most dogs, though she can have specific preferences. Bruiser is a calm, mellow girl who is making strides with housebreaking, though it’s still a work in progress. A home with a fenced yard is essential since she has never been on a leash before. This sweetheart is looking for a forever family to bond with and thrive alongside.
