Slurpee was discovered hanging out near a 7-Eleven, where she had made it her mission to greet everyone who walked by. Customers stopping for gas or snacks would be welcomed by her cheerful presence. Eventually, a volunteer became smitten with this incredibly friendly girl and decided she deserved more than life on the streets. Rescued by Southern Counties Rescue, Slurpee has continued to shine as a social butterfly. Walk into the room, and you’ll see her trot over, rubbing against your legs and eager for attention. She has a knack for lifting spirits just by being present, almost as if she’s asking, “Hi! Where have you been? How was your day? Can I keep you company?” Slurpee is sweet, affectionate, and ready to trade outdoor life for the comfort of a forever home.
