Theo would be happiest with a buddy and has some fellow fosters including Milagro and Kidi. Theo was found wandering the streets of El Centro, an agricultural area south of San Diego. Thankfully, he was brought indoors and given the chance he deserved—a safe, happy life filled with love. He is in excellent health and fully ready for adoption. Theo is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, flea-free, microchipped, and thriving.
