About Matilda

Matilda is on the lookout for her forever home! This sweet pit puppy came to us via our friends at PAWS after being rescued, and she is excited for a brighter future ahead. Matilda is a friendly companion, getting along well with dogs, cats, and children. She thrives in an environment where she can explore and learn about family life. As a typical puppy, she's still in the stages of developing good habits, so her adoptive family should be ready to work on potty training, basic commands, and socialization. Although puppyhood can be a bit chaotic, with patience and consistency, Matilda will blossom into a loving lifelong friend. Families living within 30 minutes of our shelter have the option to foster-to-adopt while we finalize her medical care. All of our dogs receive deworming, spaying/neutering, microchipping, and up-to-date vaccinations suitable for their age. Ready to make a difference in Matilda's life? Start the adoption process now!
