About Milo

Meet Milo! At 6 years old, this neutered male is a happy and kind dog weighing about 50 lbs, likely to reach around 55-60 lbs when fully healthy. His fur was once matted but has been shaved down, and it will soon grow back beautifully long and lush. Milo is house trained and gets along great with other dogs. He's easy on the leash, allowing even a 6-year-old to walk him without any pulling. Kids of all ages can play around him, and he's calm in various situations. Though Milo enjoys hiking and running, he paces himself well and doesn’t push too hard, making him an excellent companion for long walks. He sleeps peacefully in his fenced area and reliably uses the outside for his business without any accidents. Milo is affectionate, loves snuggles, and will sleep contentedly on his comfy blanket. He is also up to date on vaccinations but is currently being treated for heartworm; POSO covers treatment costs through their partner vet. Heartworm is non-contagious, and with proper treatment, Milo can live a long, healthy life. If you have questions, reach out to our team before setting up a meet and greet. Let’s find him a loving home where he can share his kind soul!
