Meet Archie! Archie is a 5-year-old neutered Boxer mix who is ready for his second chance at forever. He originally came to Mutts in a Rut as a puppy and was adopted, but unfortunately, his family’s life circumstances changed and they made the difficult decision to return him to rescue. Archie is now hoping to find the family he can spend the rest of his life with. Archie is an incredibly friendly, affectionate boy who loves his people and absolutely loves having a doggy friend by his side. He can experience some anxiety, but he has shown very little anxiety when he has another dog around, so a confident, friendly dog in his forever home is a requirement. This guy is pretty much the whole package. He is housebroken, crate trained, and sleeps through the night in his crate like a champ. He’s a great car rider and loves nothing more than snuggling up on the couch with his people. Archie is wonderful with other animals and has been respectful with dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles and even chickens! His foster family trusts him to free-range with their chickens, which says a lot about his gentle nature. And we can’t forget his 10/10 adorable underbite. Archie is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and ready to find a family who will love him for the rest of his life.
