TJ is a playful 14-week-old Labrador Retriever/Pointer mix looking for his forever home or a foster family. With his friendly nature, he’ll do great with kids, other dogs, and even cats—as long as they all have a bit of patience and training. Currently, TJ is stationed at a shelter in Washington, DC, waiting for the right person to take him home. Like any puppy, TJ needs regular potty breaks and exercise throughout the day, so adopters should be prepared to meet those needs, especially if working a standard 8-hour day. He's eager to learn and would benefit from puppy obedience classes to help him grow into a well-mannered companion. His future is bright with toys, playtime, and neighborhood walks filled with new doggie friends. As he continues to grow, he’ll also need additional vaccinations, so adopters should ensure that this is prioritized after bringing him home. Are you ready to welcome TJ into your life?
