Maggie is a beautiful senior Great Dane who is looking for a soft place to land and a family to love for all of her golden years. This sweet girl is truly a gentle soul. Maggie is incredibly loving and affectionate and absolutely adores being close to her people. She loves her creature comforts and believes there is no better place to be than right next to her person. Maggie is house trained, kennel trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. She is also wonderful with other animals and has done great around everyone she has met. When Maggie first arrived at our rescue, she was understandably a little nervous. She had been used to living with a family, and the transition into rescue was a big change for this older girl. But underneath that initial nervousness is a very sweet, loving dog who simply wants to feel safe and know that she belongs. Maggie is spayed and has had a gastropexy (her stomach is tacked).
