Now, at 2 years old and weighing over 80 lbs, Spike has blossomed into a healthy and happy pup. He’s neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, fully prepared for adoption. Spike has the energy of a Rottweiler, enjoying adventurous outings like hiking and car rides, but he also appreciates a laid-back day snuggling on the couch. He gets along well with dogs and has formed a bond with a female shepherd in his foster home. Though he can be vocal when strangers are nearby, he is friendly and sociable, quickly warming up to new people. His coat features beautiful Catahoula merling, and like a true country boy, Spike dreams of a home with a yard where he can relax and enjoy nature.
