About Majesty

They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Majesty, a young Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix with a stunning bicolor coat featuring black and rich red-orange highlights. When she first arrived, Majesty was extremely shy and uncertain, having experienced fear-based reactivity and a lack of trust in humans. With time, patience, and gentle encouragement from her foster and veterinarian, she has gained confidence and blossomed into a more trusting companion. Majesty thrives around other friendly dogs and enjoys canine companionship, preferring to follow rather than lead. She is crate trained and warms up to new environments given enough time to observe at her own pace. While timid initially with new situations, Majesty loves walks—especially with another dog—and is always up for a treat, whether at the vet or on a shopping trip. She is cat friendly, curious about small animals, and manages herself well in a home with older, respectful children. A home with another outgoing dog and a calm environment will help her settle and grow. One quirk: Majesty is an agile counter-surfer, so keep an eye on unattended food! She is currently fostered in Virginia Beach and is looking for her forever family. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
