Meet Laney, a charming young Husky mix who is ready to find her forever home. At about six months old, she's currently around 30 pounds and is expected to grow into a large dog. Laney and her siblings came to Furry Kids Refuge after their owner could no longer care for them. Thankfully, their momma was spayed, ensuring there won't be any more unintended litters. Initially, Laney can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but it doesn't take long for her to warm up. Once she sees her siblings getting attention, she eagerly joins in for her share of affection. Deep down, this sweet puppy craves human interaction. She adores toys, playing with other dogs, and has a particular fondness for kiddie pools—these puppies absolutely love the water! In her foster home, Laney has played well with her furry companions, showing no signs of aggression or dominance. Having another confident dog around would be beneficial for her, helping to instill confidence and ease her transition into her new home. Due to her young age, Laney will need continued training and socialization, along with some work on house manners. A securely fenced yard is essential, and apartments are not suitable for her energy levels. If you're patient, loving, and maybe have a kiddie pool waiting for her, Laney would love to join your family. Keep in mind that puppies are not housebroken and will require a consistent potty plan.
