About Lincoln
Meet Lincoln, an adorable almost 6-month-old Husky mix. He currently weighs about 29 pounds and is expected to grow into a large dog. Lincoln and his siblings were brought to Furry Kids when their owner could no longer care for them, allowing for his mother's spaying and avoiding any future litters. Though a bit shy around his siblings, one-on-one time reveals a sweet, affectionate side that truly shines. He loves interacting with people, and there's nothing he enjoys more than playing with toys and splashing in the kiddie pool with his friends. His foster family even has to limit pool time to keep him from being soaked all day! Lincoln gets along well with other dogs, showing no signs of aggression, and he's even respectful during mealtime. A confident canine buddy could help him build confidence even further. He needs an active family ready for training and continued socialization. A securely fenced yard is ideal for him; apartments would not suit him well. As with all puppies, he’s not housebroken yet, so having a “potty plan” is important. This loving boy will thrive in a home where he can grow and learn. If you can provide Lincoln with the time, care, and attention he needs, he’ll be a fantastic addition to your family. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
