About Misty
Sweet Misty is patiently waiting for her forever home. At 12 years old, this lovable girl deserves to spend her remaining time feeling safe, cherished, and loved. Misty came to us after her devoted owner had to move into a nursing home. It broke her owner’s heart to leave, but now Misty needs someone to shower her with the affection she’s always known. Misty can be shy and fearful of the shelter environment, shaking with anxiety, but once she’s with our volunteers, her true nature shines through. She is sweet, loving, and gets along wonderfully with everyone who spends time with her. It’s clear that all she needs is a gentle person and a soft place to rest. If you’re looking to bring love into your life, please consider offering Misty the warm home she deserves. She’s just waiting for someone to share her golden years with kindness.
