About Roxanne

Roxanne is a 2–3 year old Lab/Pit mix who arrived through an owner surrender. In her kennel, she leans shy and prefers to watch the world from a quiet spot, but with a little time and a few treats, she turns into a total sweetheart. Her classic blocky head and sleek black coat catch the eye, and she’ll gladly let you plant a few forehead kisses once she trusts you. She shines with older kids and is easy on a leash, making her walks smooth and enjoyable. Patience goes a long way with Roxanne—snacks also don’t hurt. She’s motivated by treats and bonds slowly, but the payoff is a loyal, gentle dog who just needs someone to give her a chance. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
