Molly is about 6-7 months old and 36 lbs. Molly might be a mix of Irish Terrier and Poodle - but this is just a guess. Hi there! My name is Molly and I'm a 6-month-old happy, playful girl who came up on the WOOF bus from the shelter with my sister. I now spend my days playing with my doggie foster brothers and sisters and trying to understand this weird-looking creature they call a cat! I'm great with other dogs and would love a playful doggie companion in my forever home. I'm an active girl who loves to run, explore, and play with my many chew toys, but I also have a great off-switch and love to nap on a dog bed while my foster mom and dad work from home. I'm doing an amazing job with my potty training, am crate trained, and sleep well at night. I'm still a puppy, so I'm working on not jumping up when I'm excited to meet people and on my puppy mouthing-but I'm getting better every day! I absolutely love people and other pets and would love an active family who is around a lot and wants a happy, fun-loving puppy to join their family. My foster mom says I'm a very good girl...although I'm not sure why everyone gets so excited when I potty outside. Can't a girl have a little privacy? Because Molly is a young puppy, the adopter must be home during the day to continue training and socialization and help the puppy grow into a confident, well-adjusted dog. This puppy has age-appropriate vaccines, is microchipped and spayed. The Adoption Fee for this puppy $400.00 ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from CKRescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $400, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter if the pup is not already spayed/neutered. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. A $100.00 fee will be returned to the adopter once the animal has been sterilized. We will provide information on this process during the approval process. ***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs and/or all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized. So, adopting a puppy saves not just one life, but many! ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.*** Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and/or the general appearance of the animal. **Please visit www.caninesandkittiesrescue.org to complete our non-binding application.**
