Shadow prefers to be near his people, always keen to stay in the same room and keep an eye on things. While he doesn’t demand constant attention, he seeks out companionship when feeling nervous or when it’s time for outdoor breaks. Shadow is a mellow guy who enjoys life’s simple pleasures—snacks, naps, and being close to his family. He currently lives harmoniously with four other dogs in his foster home, even joining in a bit when they play. He displays the classic herding instinct by sometimes chasing after a zooming foster sister. Shadow is reliably house trained, especially with his morning trip outside. He’s mastered commands like sit, come, and down, and may even know shake. Though he has his preferences when it comes to meals, he’s generally enthusiastic about snacks.
