He was found on State Route 60 in Washington County, Ohio, and brought to the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley on August 18, 2026. Alone and without identification, this little guy captured the hearts of everyone who met him. He sports a shiny black coat with a striking patch of white on his chest and white paws. His tail ends in a cute white tip, complementing his charming puppy face, large semi-erect ears, and sweet dark brown eyes. At just 5 lbs, Radar is petite and has a short coat that's perfect for snuggling. Radar has been well cared for since arriving at the shelter, and he’s clearly ready to find his forever home.
