While she loves to stay active, she also enjoys settling down for a nap or cuddling with her favorite humans. She’s fully house-trained and crate-trained, ensuring she’s a pleasant companion. When on a leash, she walks nicely and pulls minimally. Cookie revels in walks, toys, chew bones, and, of course, belly rubs. She’s friendly with new people and enjoys spending quality time with them. In the company of other dogs, she’s respectful and knows when to give them space. Cookie has good house manners, as she doesn’t bark excessively or chew on furniture. While her experience with cats and small animals is unknown, she’s eager to please and learn. Although Cookie might get a bit jumpy and mouthy during play, her foster family is helping her manage her excitement. Ideal for families with older, dog-savvy children aged 12 and up, she’s looking for a home that will continue nurturing her puppy manners. Cookie loves being close to her people. She often sprawls in the kitchen while her foster family cooks, hardly fazed by the bustle around her. Always ready for a belly rub, she has a way of making everyone feel special.
