Margo- 16 month old heeler mix, 35 pounds. Great momma of a litter of 5 puppies, ready for her forever home! Margo is a beautiful and fun dog. She has a zest for life...full of energy. She’s lively & outgoing, making her a lot of fun to be around! Margo loves everyone she meets, except for cats! She loves to be with people and play with other dogs. Margo loves to run & explore the yard & play with the other dogs. She still has a lot of puppy play in her, so she likes to keep pretty busy. Margo is currently in the South, in a foster home in a rural, quiet area. She has completed heartworm treatment, and is now ready to find her forever home. Blue Heelers are herding dogs. Loyal, intelligent, eager to learn. They are high energy, and need significant exercise, mental stimulation, and consistent training They like having a job to do, and excel at dog sports. Margo is looking for an an active family that will give her lots of exercise and playtime, include her in their family adventures, and continue her training. She has a strong prey drive, and would do best in a home with a fenced yard. She is not suited for city or apartment living.
