About Tucker

Meet Tucker, a resilient survivor with a heart full of sweetness. For far too long, Tucker faced challenges alone on the streets, where he endured bullying and scarcity. After suffering a severe injury to his front paw, he was rescued, and since then, he’s been learning to trust again. Now in a loving foster home, Tucker shows his affectionate side, relishing in head scratches and belly rubs. One of his favorite nighttime rituals is sneaking into bed for some cozy cuddles. His playful spirit shines when you wave a wand toy or toss a ball—he’s always up for fun! Though still adjusting to the safety of his new environment, Tucker is gaining confidence each day. He’ll need a patient adopter who understands that building trust takes time. He communicates his needs, giving gentle taps when it’s time for a break during petting. Tucker is on a specialized diet to support his tummy, but he’s transitioning back to regular food. FIV positive, he can lead a long, happy life. He deserves love and a warm home, and perhaps that home is with you. If you are ready to give Tucker the caring environment he craves, he is waiting for you to take him home.
