Meet Bean, a charming mixed breed male who made his way to us from a rural South Georgia shelter just in time to avoid euthanasia. When he first arrived, everything frightened him, but with ample love and care in his foster home, he's transformed remarkably. The photos capture his journey from a scared pup to a confident dog. At around 1.5 to 2 years old and just under 40 lbs, Bean is great with other dogs and has an energetic love for playing ball. He would thrive with a dog buddy in his forever home. However, he's also capable of being a solo companion in the right environment.
