About Daisy

Meet Daisy. Daisy is a 1 year and 3 month old terrier mix with that classic blend of playful energy, sharp intelligence, and genuine sweetness. Rescued in September 2025 from a tough spot in Upson County with some of her family, she's made impressive progress in foster care and now she's looking for a permanent place to land. She loves being in the middle of things—walks, toys, snuffle mat games, and especially keeping a careful watch on any squirrels nearby. Daisy is high-spirited and active, always ready for action, but settles nicely once she's had her fun. She's motivated by treats and always eager to learn or try something new. Time with people means a lot to her, and after a day of romping around, she’s happiest curled up getting some affection. Social at heart, Daisy bonds deeply with the humans she trusts. She’s currently fostered with a 4-year-old male dog and enjoys canine company, given a proper introduction—slow and steady works best, especially around barriers like leashes or fences. Expect her to need some ongoing training, as she sometimes gets amped up in new situations or meeting new dogs. Daisy does best with guidance, an active lifestyle, consistency, and a bit of structure. If you’re looking for a smart, entertaining, and devoted companion, Daisy will reward your effort tenfold. Your new best friend is just one click away.
