He has a lot of potential just waiting for someone to unlock it. Unfortunately, he has been at Noah's Arc for too long, watching other dogs find homes while he waits for a family to choose him. He seeks a family who can help him build confidence, take him on outings, and offer a cozy spot to curl up after a day of fun. Summit is fully vetted and ready for his forever home.
