Cindy is a 3-year-old Chiweenie who weighs about 17 lbs. She was rescued from Puerto Rico, where she was treated for heartworm, but now she's ready for her new home with the right preventive care. Cindy is a calm and comforting presence, clearly adoring human company. She may not be the type to jump into your lap, but she thrives on being close to her people. Whether you’re working from home or lounging around, she finds joy in curling up at your feet. Though she's a little shy at first, her confidence blossoms every day. She enjoys playtime and is always eager for exploration—whether it’s a trip to the dog beach or a stroll through the park. Cindy is a social butterfly with other dogs and seems to get along with cats too, although she may simply ignore them. She's suitable for homes with children aged 8 and up, always under supervision.
