Meet Slinky, a charming and laid-back little dachshund mix around 7-8 years old, in search of his forever home. He came to us from an overcrowded shelter, where he spent months being cared for by a loving foster family. Now, he’s a happy companion, thriving in his current environment. Slinky is housebroken, walks nicely on a leash, and knows basic commands. He enjoys being close to his people, soaking up attention and belly rubs, and curling up on a cozy dog bed. He’s been great with other dogs and cats and is even crate trained. Although he's heartworm positive, Real Dog Rescue will cover the treatment costs.
