Almond & Cashew are a pair of affectionate brothers looking for a forever home together. Born in April 2023, these two were rescued from a hoarding situation in Harrisburg and have since learned how to enjoy life in a quiet foster home in New Cumberland. Almond, the brown tabby, is more outgoing and tends to lead the way, while Cashew, the grey and white tabby, often stays close by for comfort. They share a sweet bond, curling up together to sleep and head-bonking when they're feeling friendly. Both are playful, especially when a feather wand is involved, showing off their independent spirits as they chase it. While they are a bit shy at first, they've warmed up to humans thanks to their foster care. Ideally, they would thrive in a calm household, preferably one with older children who can be gentle and patient with them. They have shown little interest in other cats, but they are curious about the resident dog, signaling their adaptability. Their joint adoption donation of $165 includes necessary vaccinations, deworming, flea treatments, Felv/FIV testing (both are negative), microchipping, and neutering.
