Hawk started out on the streets and was rescued along with his siblings from a cat colony in New Cumberland. He’s figured out the comforts of indoor life and, though naturally timid, softens up for the right person. Hawk bonds tightly with his foster parents—purring the minute a hand reaches to pet or lift him. He remains a gentle, neat roommate, not one to knock over bowls or make a mess. You’ll often find him chasing a wand toy or laser pointer, happily engaged but never wild. Hawk will need a patient adopter, someone who moves at his speed and gives him time to trust. In return, he’ll offer genuine affection and a calming presence. He gets along with other cats and dogs in his foster space, making him a flexible fit for many homes.
