Meet Igloo, our latest foster girl. She was found running loose in Chicago during a heat wave, in need of care and attention. Thankfully, good Samaritans rescued her, and she now enjoys a warm and safe environment with us. After a thorough checkup and some serious grooming—five baths to be exact—Igloo transformed into a beautiful dog. Initially a bit shell-shocked, she has adjusted well and now shows her affectionate side. This sweet girl adores other dogs and embodies the playful spirit of a typical Siberian Husky. Though she may take some time to build confidence in a forever home, Igloo has already settled into her routine beautifully. She is house trained and crate trained but does need to be fed separately due to a protective nature around her food.
