Oreo, or Ore as we like to call her, is a lovely, 18-month-old female Shih Tzu mix, weighing in at around 15 pounds. This petite girl is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Impressively, she's already potty trained and quickly adapted to using a doggy door, though we're still fine-tuning her leash training. Life before foster care wasn’t easy for her; she arrived matted and with nails that looked like they hadn’t been trimmed in ages. Fortunately, she showed great resilience during grooming, proving she's ready for a fresh start. Oreo thrives on attention, enjoys playing with other dogs, and gets along well with children. However, it's crucial to keep her away from chickens, as she has a strong instinct to chase them. Her joyful spirit and playful personality will make her a wonderful addition to a loving family.
