About Skip

Skip is ready for his forever home after a year of waiting. Rescued in Alabama along with three other dogs, he spent his time undergoing heartworm treatment, but now he's heartworm negative and fully prepared for adoption. At three years old, this Vizsla/Redtick Coonhound mix weighs around 75 lbs and has a short, shiny coat in beautiful red and chestnut tones. Skip is playful, affectionate, and gets along great with people and other dogs, but he does not get along with cats. Heโ€™s housebroken, enjoys car rides, and would love a family to take him out for playtime and snuggles. After everything he's been through, Skip deserves a chance at a happy life. Could your home be the perfect place for him? Act quickly; heโ€™s waited long enough!
