Meet Benji! This charming Carolina Dog mix is a big guy with a great smile, and he’s eager to find his forever home. Friendly and sociable, Benji loves to explore, especially in the yard. He gets along well with other dogs but does not do well with cats, so a cat-free home would be ideal for him. At around 2 years old and weighing 76 lbs, Benji has a lovely short coat and appears to be house trained. He tested positive for heartworms, but don’t let that deter you—his treatment is fully covered, and he just needs a loving home during this process. After completing his treatment, he’ll be ready for a happy, active life.
