We'll have several wonderful dogs there looking for homes! -------- Meet XENA! If you’re looking for a fun, easygoing girl to bring some joy into your life… Xena might just be your perfect match. She’s a playful sweetheart who loves running around the yard, chasing her dog friends, and just enjoying life. She’s always down for a good time, especially if there’s another pup involved. A playful dog sibling would be right up her alley. After she’s burned off her energy, Xena is totally content just hanging out and relaxing with her people. She’s got that perfect mix of playful and chill that makes her so easy to love. Her story hasn’t been the easiest—she was found crammed into a crate in a backyard with two other dogs. We don’t know how long they endured that, but what we do know is that Xena hasn’t let it dim her spirit one bit. She’s still full of love, happiness, and excitement for what’s next. Xena is a year old. She’s ready for a fresh start with a family who will give her all the love she’s been missing. ADOPTING A DOG Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older). If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match. We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
