Billy is a charming little guy ready to steal your heart. As a Chihuahua Pug mix, he has a delightful under-bite and weighs in at just 8 pounds. At around 2 years old, he’s energetic and friendly, known for his cuddly nature. He came to this rescue from an overcrowded shelter with three friends after a rough situation with his previous owner. Billy is up to date on his vaccinations, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm. Billy is well-mannered in his crate and generally house trained, although he's still learning and might try to mark here and there since he just got neutered. He gets along great with other dogs, but it’s unclear how he feels about cats or children. Currently, he’s under vet care for a lump on his shoulder, but the vet doesn't expect it to be a concern.
