Freddie is an 8-month-old male Labrador Retriever mix who's looking for a loving home to call his own. Weighing in at approximately 57 pounds, he’s almost done growing. He journeyed from Virginia with his sister Georgia and now seeks a place where he can truly belong. Freddie is a sweet, affectionate boy who has a brave spirit, though he can be a bit cautious at times, likely due to not having a proper puppyhood. Freddie enjoys the company of other dogs and would likely thrive in a home with respectful kids. We can arrange a meet-and-greet to ensure a good fit. While cats are an unknown for him, we can conduct a cat test if needed, though he seems more inclined to see them as playthings than companions at this stage. This intelligent pup is eager to learn and is making great strides with leash training. He’s been exposed to crate training and travels well by car.
