Ruby is an 8-year-old Shiba Inu who recently found herself in the care of our shelter after her owner could no longer keep her. This friendly girl is settling in well and undergoing evaluations by our medical and behavioral teams. While Ruby appears house trained, we can't guarantee her established behaviors will be consistent without some time and adjustment in her new home. She has a beautiful coat of red and white, typical of her breed. Ruby hasn’t yet been introduced to other animals here, but we’re keen to see how she interacts in that environment.
