Empire has a gentle demeanor and does well with children, though she is a bit timid when meeting new people. Empire has been living comfortably in her crate without any accidents, and she walks nicely on a leash. She loves leisurely strolls to sniff the world around her and travels well in the car. While she has been diagnosed with stage 2 Mitral Valve disease and requires heart medication every 12 hours, Empire remains cheerful and devoted to following you on adventures or cuddling on the couch.
