Currently in a loving foster home in Central Pennsylvania, Poppy is learning to trust people. She's a bit shy and timid when meeting newcomers, which can lead to anxiety, especially around loud noises or changes to her routine. Poppy is sensitive to such stressors and may seek comfort from her foster mom when feeling uneasy. While she enjoys chewing on appropriate toys, she might find less suitable items to nibble if given the chance. Poppy has made progress but will need patience and understanding from her future family. She’s up to date on her vaccinations, heartworm negative, spayed, microchipped, and crate trained; house training is almost complete.
