Meet Morello! This sweet little 11 lb chihuahua mix has a gentle spirit and a soft coat. Estimated to be born on August 5, 2025, he’s still getting settled into his new surroundings here at the Mission after coming from our partners at SCRAPS. Morello handled grooming like a champ, staying calm throughout, which shows his lovely temperament. Though a bit shy at first, he gets along well with dogs, cats, and respectful children. Morello is scheduled for neutering and cherry eye repair on August 25. He will need a cone and some eye drops for a couple of weeks after. Potential adopters should be prepared for his post-operative care if you want to bring him home before he heals. Morello will come neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed.
