Meet Highland! Born on June 19, 2026, he's a tiny ball of energy with charming black and white fur, highlighted by his adorable brown eyebrow markings. Highland is a chihuahua mix and will grow to be a small dog. Part of the lively Bovine Bunch, he came to us from Adams County Pet Rescue after being found with two mamas and a whole litter of pups in need of care. Highland is currently discovering the world alongside his siblings, and their vibrant personalities are starting to shine through. While he can't go home just yet, applications are open, and he will be ready for adoption around August 30, once he has been neutered.
