This sweet lady arrived at Murci's Mission from SCRAPS after a shelter clearing effort for pets from the Spokane Complex Fire. Born on August 4, 2018, Siren faced challenges finding a forever home due to her social skills and medical needs. Initially frightened and combative, she spent her time in a tiny bed, screaming at anyone who tried to approach. Fortunately, with patience, she’s begun to trust and even lets us pick her up now. Siren recently enjoyed a short hike and took the brave step of jumping into a lake. Although she required a little help getting back afterward, we celebrate her progress. Siren is good with both dogs and cats but needs a child-free home. Her ideal adopter will be someone who has the time and love to help her develop trust. Without clear boundaries, she could turn into a little dictator, so it’s essential to guide her behavior. Siren comes spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and with a fresh dental check. Her $200 adoption fee includes a leash, collar, ID tag, food sample, medical records, and a complimentary behaviorist consultation to ensure a smooth transition.
