About Toby Mr. Cutie

Toby Mr. Cutie is a 7-month-old, 27-pound chiweenie-German Pinscher mix with the most adorable ears. His journey began in heartbreak when he was abandoned in a high-kill shelter at just four months old. While his mother found a home quickly, Toby was left alone, scared, and overwhelmed by the noise around him. Thankfully, a caring foster stepped in to provide him with the love and support he needed. Initially terrified of the outside world, Toby now enjoys venturing outside on a leash and loves playing with his foster sisters. He takes comfort in their companionship and has made strides in overcoming his shyness. Once he trusts you, Toby becomes a loyal companion who quietly follows you everywhere. His calm and gentle demeanor makes him a joy to be around, and he gets along well with other pets. Living with six dogs and a cat, Toby thrives in their presence. A confident, playful dog is essential in his forever home, as they help him feel secure and continue building his confidence. Toby is very smart and a quick learner who prefers a quieter environment, ideally without young children. He deserves a family that can offer patience and kindness, as he will reward you with unwavering loyalty and a special bond. Toby has come such a long way already. Now, he just needs a forever family to help him write the next chapter of his story. If you have a friendly dog looking for companionship and a calm home where Toby can flourish, he may be the perfect addition to your family. Toby is fully vaccinated, neutered, heartworm negative, and takes preventative care. He is house trained. To meet this wonderful boy via video chat, please send in an application.
