Meet Momma Daisy. She's a 6-year-old Chihuahua/Beagle mix weighing 22 lbs—a big-boned beauty who's ready to enjoy life after being a devoted mother. Daisy has hypothyroidism and requires lifelong medication, but with a little daily exercise and fewer treats, she's on the path to better health. Daisy came to us from a California shelter very pregnant, delivering two lovely pups—Liberty is already adopted, and Honor is still available. Now that her mothering days are done, she's looking for a cozy spot to relax, cuddle, and soak up the love. Personality-wise, Daisy is more of a lounger than a high-energy gal. She enjoys cuddling, snacking, and trailing her favorite human like a devoted little shadow. While she's great on the leash and starting to enjoy her walks, her happiest moments come from being part of a loving household. Daisy is likely to ignore a cat and is fine with older children. She's extremely sweet and affectionate, asking only for a warm place to nap, her meds, and a human to adore. In return, you'll gain a loving companion who happily follows you from room to room.
