Though young, he is adaptable and would thrive in an environment with older, respectful children. Kip is located in Ashville, OH and is ready for a loving home.
About Kip
Meet Kip! He’s a young lab mix puppy who’s discovering that not all people and experiences are intimidating. Currently enrolled in our DASH prison program, Kip is mastering his basic commands and learning important puppy manners, including crate training, potty training, and leash walking. He has a playful spirit, loves to play fetch, and gets along well with other dogs. Kip can be a little shy around groups and sensitive to unexpected touches, so he’ll benefit from ongoing socialization in his new home. He enjoys cuddling and appreciates being held. While he has been around cats before, he hasn't interacted with children yet, so older, respectful kids would be the best fit for him as he continues learning the ropes. With the right love and guidance, Kip is sure to be a loyal companion for years to come.
