Meet Sully, a 2-year-old male Great Pyrenees currently in Houston, TX. This gentle giant weighs about 73 pounds and was found as a stray in an area notorious for dog dumping. It’s hard to understand why anyone would abandon him; Sully truly is a gem. He’s been neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, making him all set to find a loving home. Sully is incredibly dog-friendly, living harmoniously with several dogs of different sizes and ages in his foster home. He enjoys playing and can also snuggle up for some quality cuddle time. Having attended doggie daycare, he relishes making new friends. While he hasn't been officially tested with cats, he gets along well with a Chihuahua in his home, showing he can be gentle. Sully is good with older children; however, due to his size and clumsiness, a home with kids 8 years and up would be ideal. He walks well on a leash, getting slightly excited at first but settling down quickly. Fully potty trained, he prefers free roaming over a crate and is cool with being left alone during work hours.
