Boomer is the perfect companion for hound lovers, having been abandoned on a farm when his previous family moved. An Animal Control Officer stepped in to care for him until he could be rescued, noting that he’s an easy-keeper. Currently, Boomer is being treated for heartworm at a loving foster home in Virginia. He enjoys lounging in the sun, relaxing on the floor, or curling up in his crate. A leisurely stroll around the yard captures his interest, and he gets along well with calm, older dogs.
