About Midgey Moo
Meet Midgey Moo. Midgey's journey started in darkness—she spent her early days chained outside in Detroit, with no shelter or warmth. Thankfully, she's now in a safe space and will never face that life again. Since her rescue, Midgey has tackled heartworm treatment like a champion, maintaining her happy spirit and that wagging tail through every challenge. At around 41 pounds, she's the perfect pocket-sized mixture of Pit Bull Terrier and English Bulldog and is roughly 2 to 3 years old. Midgey is not your average dog; she’s got personality. Whether she’s being a couch potato or unexpectedly zooming around, she’s full of life and ready to play. She thrives with other dogs and an active family who can include her in their adventures. However, she also needs a calm space to retreat to, especially during storms, as they can make her anxious. Midgey knows commands like "sit," is eager to please, and is fully crate and potty trained. What she craves most is love from someone willing to embrace her for all that she is—a resilient dog with a heart full of affection. Midgey Moo is waiting for her forever home.
