Depending on where he finds an approved home, he could head to the NJ area or the Pacific Northwest. Neymar is a charming bundle of joy, a small, pure white puppy with an endearing hint of mischief shown through his black, smudged eyeliner. He’s one of the smallest from his litter, and with both parents being small poodle/terrier mixes weighing around 15-20 lbs, he’s likely to weigh under 20 lbs as an adult. Neymar is affectionately known for his love of snuggles, often climbing up for cuddles and nuzzling against you, his wagging tail showing his excitement. He's playful, loves to interact with both humans and his siblings, and is already getting the hang of potty training.
